2014 Lexus ES300H all smart key lost programming tutorial. (Reset immo and smart box)

Here we share two methods to program lexus ES300H all smart key lost.

Firstly, need to prepare the smart key fob, get the key fob model by VIN. Must ensure the key fob is correct, could refer this post:

Method 1: write the key by mini900.

This method requires mini900 and Toyo key, special smart key fob for mini900. Disassemble smart box which placed in near A-pillar behind glove compartment, open the box and remove EEPROM chip 93C86 from the electronic board, read the chip with key programmer like VVDI prog, Yanhua key master and save the file. Then assemble the smart box back to car. Open the bin file with mini900, follow the steps in mini900 to add keys. Then we can start the car and smart key is also actived.

Method 2: Reset immo box and smart box to virgin

Step 1: Reset immo box. Disassemble immo box NO. 89784-33030 which placed in a groove of the back of evaporator under the dash, open box and find the EEPROM chip 93C56 on the board, read the chip by key programmer like Yanhua key mater, VVDI prog etc. Save the data and backup. Modify the data like this: retain the bytes of red underline, Other bytes all replace with F.



Step 2: Reset smart box. Disassemble smart box No. 89990-33440 placed near A-pillar behind glove compartment. Open the box and find the EEPROM chip 93C86 on electronic board. Read the chip with key programmer. Save data and backup. Modify the data like this: retain bytes of red underline, other bytes all replace with F.



Step 3: Add the key. Write the modified file back to EEPROM chip, then assemble immo box and smart box back to car. Connect universal key programmer with car OBD, Push START Button of car, run the key programmer and select smart system, follow the steps to make the logo of key fob held close to START button, comes with “beep beep”, that is match successfully. Direct start the car, No need to do synchronization as the data retained in step 1.
